旧知の演奏家のために曲を書くことは、いつも私を満足させる経験ですが、その演奏家が、さらに皆さんの友人であるならば、喜びは倍になります！
私は、VBTとの仕事をいつも楽しんできました。そして、2009年に私達が開催したコンサートは、私の最も貴重な音楽的思い出の1つです！私は、彼らのために新しい曲を書き上げることができました。そして、この偉大なバンドのエネルギー、技術、精神をこの曲で引き出せる事を願っています。
私は既に、頭の中で彼らがこの曲を演奏しているのを聴く事が出来ます。私は、彼らがこのコンサートで素晴らしいサウンドを奏でることを知っています。

Writing a piece for players I know is always an satisfying experience, but when the players are also yourfriends, then it is doubly enjoyable!

I have always enjoyed working with VBT and the concert we gave in 2009 is still one of my most preciousmusical memories! I have now been able to write them a new piece and hope to have captured theenergy, skill and spirit of this great band.

I can already hear them playing it in my head and I know they willsound great in the concert.
